4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices for events, workshops, memberships, or services may change without notice, but completed transactions are not affected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Solo Unicorn Club or its content creators. Blog articles, field notes, event materials, and member-submitted content retain their respective copyrights.

6. Open-Source Attribution

Some Solo Unicorn Club resources may reference or integrate with Paperclip, an open-source orchestration framework created and maintained by the Paperclip AI team and its contributors. Paperclip is licensed under the MIT License, which permits use, modification, and distribution of the software.

We gratefully acknowledge the contributions of the Paperclip open-source community. Any proprietary Solo Unicorn Club content, programming, or services are separate from the underlying Paperclip framework, which remains freely available at github.com/paperclipai/paperclip.

In compliance with the MIT License, the original copyright notice and license text are preserved in the source code of all derivative works. Refer to the upstream Paperclip repository for the full license text.

7. Community Guidelines

Members agree to treat others with respect, not share harmful or misleading content, and not use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Solo Unicorn Club provides its services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
