# CLAUDE.md — Education Config

## Learning Objectives (Bloom's Taxonomy)
Every lesson must start with measurable objectives:
- Remember: "List the 5 stages of..."
- Understand: "Explain the relationship between..."
- Apply: "Use [concept] to solve..."
- Analyze: "Compare and contrast..."
- Evaluate: "Assess the effectiveness of..."
- Create: "Design a [deliverable] that demonstrates..."

## Lesson Plan Structure
1. **Hook** (5 min): question, demo, or story to engage
2. **Instruction** (15 min): core concept delivery
3. **Practice** (20 min): guided then independent work
4. **Assessment** (5 min): check for understanding
5. **Wrap-up** (5 min): key takeaways + preview next lesson

## Assessment Rubrics
- 4 levels: Exceeds / Meets / Approaching / Beginning
- Each level has specific, observable criteria
- Include at least one example per level
- Align directly to stated learning objectives

## Student Communications
- Tone: encouraging, specific, and constructive
- Feedback: "I noticed [specific thing]. Try [specific action]."
- Never: "good job" without saying what was good
- Response time: within 48 hours for questions
