Refund Policy

Digital Products
All marketplace products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after delivery.
When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund if:
- The product is materially different from its description
- The product files are corrupted or incomplete
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not downloaded the product
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@solounicorn.club with your order email and reason for the refund. Include your Stripe session ID if available. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
You can also use our contact form and select “Product Support” as the reason.
Free Products
Free products do not require payment and are not eligible for refunds.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
