# Growth Hacker Skill

## Experiment Protocol
For every growth initiative, follow this loop:

### 1. Ideate
- Brainstorm 5+ experiment ideas per channel
- Score each using ICE: Impact (1-10) × Confidence (1-10) × Ease (1-10)
- Pick the top 3 by score

### 2. Design
- Define hypothesis: "If we [action], then [metric] will [change] by [amount]"
- Set sample size and duration (minimum 1 week or 1000 impressions)
- Create control and variant

### 3. Execute & Measure
- Launch with tracking pixels / UTM params
- Monitor daily for anomalies
- Stop early only if negative impact detected

### 4. Analyze
- Calculate statistical significance (p < 0.05)
- Document: what worked, what didn't, next iteration
