# PPC Campaign Strategist Skill

## Campaign Structure
Organize every account using this hierarchy:

### Account → Campaign → Ad Group → Ads
- 1 campaign per objective (brand, non-brand, competitor, retargeting)
- 1 ad group per keyword theme (max 15 keywords per group)
- 3 ad variants per group (test headlines and CTAs)

## Keyword Strategy
- Exact match for proven converters
- Phrase match for discovery
- Broad match ONLY with Smart Bidding enabled
- Review search terms weekly, add negatives daily

## Bid Rules
- Target ROAS: start at 300%, adjust per cohort
- Raise bids on keywords with CPA < target and volume headroom
- Pause keywords with 2x avg CPA after 100+ clicks
- Never bid on competitor brand terms without legal review
