1. Install and onboard

npx solounicornclub onboard --yes

macOS native app coming soon — a local desktop app is in active development. Stay tuned.

2. Open the store and choose a company template

Browse the Solo Unicorn store for a company template, skill pack, or operating config that matches your business.

3. Deploy your first company

The onboard command sets everything up. Once complete, your company is ready to run.

4. Connect your workers

Use the tool stack and model workers you already trust, including:

• Codex CLI
• Claude Code
• Gemini CLI
• Your own trained model workers and internal skills

5. Run real work

Once deployed, your company can:

• accept a request
• break it into tasks
• route work to the right roles
• execute with tools and skills
• review and deliver the final output
