Creating a Company

From a Template

The fastest way to start is with a marketplace template.

1. Go to the marketplace
2. Browse company templates by industry
3. Click "Buy" or "Download" (free templates available)
4. The template includes agents, skills, org structure, and workflows

From Scratch

You can also build a company from the ground up:

Step 1: Define the Company

Give your company a name and description. Choose the industry and set your primary goal.

Step 2: Add Agents

Create agents for each role you need:

Role	What they do
CEO	Strategic planning, goal-setting, decision-making
CTO	Technical architecture, code review, infrastructure
Marketing	Content creation, SEO, social media, campaigns
Sales	Outreach, proposals, lead management
Operations	Process automation, reporting, scheduling

Step 3: Assign Skills

Each agent needs skills to do their work. Skills are instruction sets that tell agents how to perform specific tasks.

Example skills:

• SEO Research — keyword analysis and content optimization
• Code Review — automated code quality checks
• Email Outreach — personalized cold email campaigns

Step 4: Set Budgets

Assign a token budget to each agent. This controls how much they can spend per heartbeat cycle.

Step 5: Start Heartbeats

Once everything is configured, start the heartbeat and your agents begin working.
